Terms of Service

Last updated: August 16, 2026 — Billing section added

These terms are not yet legally binding. The operator of LoyaltyLoopAI has not yet registered a legal entity, jurisdiction, or business address. Until a legal entity is established and these terms are updated to name the entity, jurisdiction, and governing law, these terms serve as a statement of intent and operating principles rather than a binding contract.

Once a legal entity is registered (planned — not yet established), these terms will be updated with the entity name and governing law. Until then, you use this service at your own discretion, subject to the principles below.

Nature of the service

LoyaltyLoopAI is a browser-based analysis tool. It processes transaction data entirely on your device. No data is uploaded to any server. The service is provided as-is, without any guarantee of availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

What you agree to

By using this service, you agree that:

Intellectual property

The LoyaltyLoopAI name, logo, and website design are the intellectual property of the operator. You may use the service for your own business purposes but may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell the software itself.

No warranties

This service is provided “as is” without any express or implied warranty, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The operator does not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analysis results will be accurate for your specific use case.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall the operator be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use this service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or business interruption.

Billing and payments

Paid plans are not yet available for purchase. No payment method is currently connected to this service. The following describes the billing terms that will apply once paid plans launch.

Plans and pricing

Billing period

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Your first payment is due at the start of your subscription and covers the first month. Each subsequent payment is charged on the same calendar day each month. If that day does not exist in a given month, the charge occurs on the last day of the month.

Failed payments

If a payment fails (e.g. card declined, expired, or insufficient funds), we will retry the charge automatically up to three times over five business days. You will receive notice of the failure after the first attempt. If all retries fail, access to paid features will be suspended until the payment is successfully processed. No further charges will be attempted during a suspension period unless you update your payment method.

Cancellation

You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until the period ends. After cancellation, your account reverts to the Free tier. No partial refunds are given for the remainder of a billing period.

Refund policy

Because the service is provided immediately upon payment and consumed in full during the billing period, all charges are non-refundable except in the case of a billing error on our part. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will investigate.

Changes

These terms may be updated at any time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will be revised with each change. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

Not yet determined. Once a legal entity is registered and a jurisdiction is established, this section will name the governing law. Until then, these terms are governed by the principles described above.
